Родерик просто лапочка
Его комментарий от 17 января. QUOTE NIW, VIII/3 “I don’t really know what really happened,” said Danny Roderick, the chief executive of Westinghouse, when asked by NIW on Jan. 17 about his reaction to the Hungarian news. “If Hungary did a technology selection, and scored everybody out, and said ‘I like that plant better’ then I have no problem with that. If it’s just because the government of Russia came in and bought the job, for lack of a better term, that’s hard on private companies.” Already there have been questions in both Budapest and Brussels as to whether the selection of Rosatom at Paks might have violated existing rules. “If you’re not going to follow the rules, and competition space, at least compete the non-competing,” said Roderick. А в Болгарии, значит, был competition? |

а там особо-то и негде, у них же всего один PWR в эксплуатации, остальные - газовые.
кстати, Франция, как ни странно, вовсе не передовик в плане непосредственно эксплуатации МОКСа: "The first MOX fuel was loaded into a commercial reactor in Germany in 1972. This was followed in Switzerland in 1984, France in 1987, and in Belgium in 1995" (с) клик |

Вот, кстати, занятный файл от МАГАТЭ http://inis.iaea.org/search/search.aspx?orig_q=RN:28047119 (строго говоря там много ссылок, нужна верхняя), на странице 55(57), читаем: QUOTE In 1989 BNFL embarked upon a strategy aimed at becoming one of the world's leading MOX fuelsuppliers and thereby provide services which give its customers the opportunity to close the fuel cycle. The strategy included constructing at Sellafield a small-scale demonstration fabrication plant - the MOX Demonstration Facility (MDF) and later to construct a larger-scale fabrication plant - the Sellafield MOX Plant (SMP). In 1991 NOK decided to support BNFL in developing this strategy by becoming their firstcustomer for fuel from the MDF. Following the successful commissioning of the MDF in 1993, BNFL, under a sub-contract to Westinghouse, produced their first LWR MOX fuel assemblies which were loadedinto KKB-1 reactor in mid 1994. Что-то напоминает, однако. Сообщение отредактировал asv363 - 27.2.2014, 12:30 |
