Сейчас в прессе можно прочитать, что Техснабэкспорт и Ренова будут добывать уран в Африке по лицензиям, владельцем которых является ВТБ. А как так получилось, что банк смог получить такую лицензию? Или такие лицензии могут получить любые фирмы, а не только добывающие компании или группы, владеющие активами добывающих компаний?

Я так понял, что Ренова взяла и пошла в габонское министерство и подала там заявку. Думаю, что от нее потребовали представить справку об опыте и дать денег, возможно на лапу. Результат вышел положительный.
